Doesn’t work. Just gives an error. Horrible way to start my experience. Hopefully I can get a refund. Awful! Fix this please.

This is a free app but the only thing it does is provide a way to purchase the audio tour for 99p so I feel there is zero point in it being a free app, other than to not allow it shared among an iTunes family account. After purchasing the tour the experience was absolutely awful. It demands location access to unlock the tour audio, but I think this is based off some sort of Bluetooth connection rather than GPS because you’re inside a building with large tanks of water, so any GPS signal is going to be very inaccurate and more importantly it shuts down any connection to Bluetooth headphones!! This means the only way to listen is via the phones earpiece speaker, not even the normal speakers that every other app uses, so you have to walk around like you’re on the phone the whole time. The audio clips of the English version are also not very well edited, so by the time you get the phone to your ear after fighting with the app to start the clip you miss the intro and are not sure if you’re even listening to the relevant audio!! In short, the free app only works after a non returnable fee for something that wasn’t worth using past the first section of the exhibition.
