App loads then screen goes blank. App support link takes you to the county web site only. No direct link to developer help with App. Someone needs to fix this. Cell data turned off on WiFi only plenty of memory so it is a bug. Should have known better with App revision on 12/30/15. If you want to submit anything you need to have your personal information saved. However, even if you have the info section filled out, the app doesn’t recognize it and won’t let you submit any reports. Another waste of time and money brought to you by Orange County. ### 1/5 — Misleading *2022-08-17* The system is misleading as work requests are continuously closed out with a “job completed” status message and the job in fact has not been completed. A “pending” status is much better than a blatant lie. ### 1/5 — Please update the location services *2022-04-12* Having to drag and drop the pin from whatever your previous location is instead of just starting at the current location, or press and hold, is the biggest pain. This app worked. But with each update seems to get more unstable. Seminole County has a similar app, except that it works. It makes contacting the county amazingly easy and without having to wait on hold. You can include photos, it captures your location information, and you can include your contact information if you’d like follow up. I would like to know if there is a way to delete old reports that have been closed. I notice the critical reviews are years old. Apparently issues have been fixed because it works well now. ### 4/5 — Great idea! *2013-05-21* This app is pretty easy to use. It's nice not having to wait on hold. Also sometimes my children are loud and it is hard to talk on the phone so this is great. Also you can include a picture with your report. Not so good - not iPhone 5 optimized, location feature is awkward, and it would be nice to have definitions of the categories. My first request was resolved in a couple hours. ### 3/5 — Very slow to save reports *2025-05-12* This app looks very bare bones, which would be OK if it worked well. I like that you can submit a report anonymously, but in my case it took thirty seconds to submit a very brief all-text report. Please speed that up, because I almost closed the app thinking it failed. ### 2/5 — Report Details cannot be viewed when Phone is in Dark Mode *2022-04-19* Helpful app but you can’t view reports while your phone is using dark mode. Also it doesn’t feel like they are taking advantage of the location information being provided (or it’s inaccurate) as they needed to call me for location information. ### 2/5 — Love the app *2021-03-13* Love the app. It is easy to use and I've logged several reports with it. However, I'm unable to use it at this time due to constantly receiving a ‘Network Error’.
