### 4/5 — Location / Address

*2023-09-19, version 3.3*

Others have reported the addressing issue and I ran into it yesterday. Traffic signal/sign issues are in the right of way and not at a 911 address. I think I’m doing the right thing by dropping the pin closest to the location but it’s more work for 311 dispatch and me. Future state I will drop it closest to the location but closer to a parcel to get a 911 address. I would have assumed they get the GPS coordinate along with this but that is not the case.

### 3/5 — Potentially helpful, alerts broken

*2020-06-08, version 3.3*

The app could be life-saving, but it continues bombarding users with the same alert every few minutes... I don’t mean the updated severe weather or tornado warnings with new times or locations; I literally mean the same or even expired notifications despite viewing the alert from the app or from the push notification. The nonstop barrage had me temporarily disable notifications during the storm producing the tornadoes about which I was being warned. Even worse, today (6/8) I received another tornado warning push notification from (6/6). I don’t know what’s going on and apparently, neither does the app or its developers...

### 3/5 — Notifications Problem

*2018-06-25, version 3.0.2*

Overall very helpful but every time there’s a new notification it shows how many total notifications there have been since downloading the app. It now shows 74 notifications. Please fix!

### 3/5 — Notifications are messed up

*2018-05-01, version 3.0.2*

Keeps sending me environmental notifications even though it is not checked in my settings. I may delete if it continues.

### 4/5 — Informative

*2018-01-19, version 3.0.2*

Love information provided by the app. One minor complaint: app icon showed 64 when there was only one new alert. Can someone figure out how to reset the counter?

### 3/5 — Map View no longer "clickable"

*2017-04-06, version 3.0.2*

April 6 - No longer receiving weather alerts. Used to get OCFL Alert just after NOAA Weather Radio alerts for Orange County. Received no alerts last night or this morning for tornado warning or severe thunderstorms. Also, the app used to pinpoint my location and zoom to that location upon opening map view and no longer does. I've checked my app settings and location services and that is not the issue.
Dec 12 issue addressed with Mar update-thank you!
December 12 - I'm not sure if this is a result of iOS updates, but I used to be able to tap the pins on the map view and get info on that particular activity. That feature isn't working anymore, so I can see pins, but have to scroll through the list view to find associated details. Also, I've noted controlled burns occurring near me recently for which I've seen no alert. Alerts used to be sent out for planned controlled burns. Otherwise this app has always been really useful.

### 4/5 — Pretty nice

*2012-09-30, version 1.45*

Can come in handy.

### 4/5 — Pop ups for severe weather

*2011-07-22, version 1.0*

When I first downloaded it I was getting alerts for severe thunderstorms pop up on my phone. That doesn't happen anymore or they come an hour later. Please fix.

### 4/5 — Nice APP but..

*2011-06-07, version 1.0*

How DO you delete the old alerts???

### 4/5 — Great app but

*2011-06-01, version 1.0*

It's about time that an app like this is available for central fl. Just wish it had the ability to delete old alerts. Don't really need to know alerts from 2008. Please fix this in next update.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — This is useless

*2023-04-29, version 3.3*

FEMA sent a severe thunderstorm warning and tornado watch. This app didn’t. W he at exactly is this app for?

### 1/5 — Needs updating

*2022-10-31, version 3.3*

Old alerts from hurricane in September. Settings don’t display properly.

### 1/5 — Badge out of control

*2018-10-26, version 3.0.2*

The badge shows all of the notifications - which is up to ~160. Also I am receiving environmental notifications, which I have disabled in the settings menu.

### 1/5 — Could be more

*2012-10-05, version 1.45*

the redesign is good but there are some things that are clunky. just leaves u wishing for more. the weather alerts are probably the best part.

### 1/5 — ...

*2011-07-13, version 1.0*

...

### 2/5 — Get notification but nothing in the app

*2024-10-10, version 3.4*

The app gives me the banner notifications at the top of the screen, but when I open the app to read more, the most recent entry is from eight hours ago. Thought it could help during this hurricane but it’s basically worthless if I only get details hours later.

### 2/5 — Alerts won’t Clear

*2018-12-17, version 3.1*

I show 27 alerts. Checked cleared etc. even removed and reinstalled. Still there.

### 2/5 — Null

*2012-06-13, version 1.1*

Reads Null for all updates. Crashes when you click on items. Uninstalled and reinstalled, same errors. Please resolve.

### 2/5 — issues with update

*2012-06-03, version 1.1*

1st version worked good. update does not work after sync with itunes. downloaded on new iphone 4s. sync with computer to itunes all data comes up null

### 2/5 — Not too happy

*2011-07-11, version 1.0*

Its an ok app. The events are out of date. You have to go into the app to see the weather alerts, it doesnt notify you. Not a very good job keeping up with updates.

### 5/5 — Easy to use

*2012-06-16, version 1.25*

This actually shows you on a map where the accidents happen right at the time. It's easy to see and zoom in on it.

### 5/5 — Nice app

*2012-06-16, version 1.25*

Like the activity map.

### 5/5 — Great Alert app

*2012-06-16, version 1.25*

I don't have a weather radio, so I love that this app has notifications for weather alerts (if you aren't receiving these pop-up alerts, make sure you have "push notifications" turned on for the app). I use it in conjunction with the Weather Channel app (also free) so I can track the severe weather in my area and take precautions as needed.

### 5/5 — Looks Great!

*2011-06-01, version 1.0*

### 5/5 — Nice app!

*2011-06-01, version 1.0*

Very nice app to keep us informed about any alerts on the way and what to do in case of an emergency! But you guys made a mistake with the levels it explains level 3 twice and there's is no level 1, please fix that cause is confusing. Thanks!

### 5/5 — Simple, easy to use

*2011-06-01, version 1.0*

### 5/5 — Great App for Central Florida residents

This App is pretty cool and hurricane season is just beginning. Amber alerts, traffic alerts, weather alerts and events are posted within the app.
