Each time I use the app, it tells me I should come 15 mins early as it's my first appointment there. I've been attending this practice for years. I'm also concerned I will then be charged a higher fee for a first appointment? Can someone call me please to address the above issues. All go was concerned about in addition not to have heard about Wegovy and then telling me it is really untested is that maybe I should go to an endocrinologist or a dietitian. And who is going to have to pay for this? What’s the gp seems to have overlooked is my history and that obesity is a disease. When I suggested maybe a referral to weight loss surgeon go advised my bmi of 35 would exclude me. Go suggested that I have a mental health consult. Seriously! It’s quicker for me to drive there and get an appointment, which was impossible for me to do after having a shoulder replacement. And to get a Dr to write out a script too me because my Dr was on holidays, it took 2 weeks, I was out of tablets and suffered badly because Anne the receptionist knew best. In the end the Pharmacist went up stairs and got the script for me, so very grateful that a pharmacist looks after me better than the Drs Surgery that couldn’t take 5 minutes to write out a very important document.
