When you have to miss work for a stomach virus and require a doctor’s note, but the thought of fighting nausea in a waiting room at urgent care is daunting and insurmountable, this is the perfect solution. Wait times are short, and you are fixed up well as quickly as possible - without having to go in public, sick and miserable, to be seen in person. The providers always seem to care about how you’re feeling and truly want to help you get better. Felicia decided to make a note claiming I was not connecting when in fact on my end it says it was waiting for HER. Seems like she just made an excuse. No way to contact them or even review the doctor. Clearly a waste of time. I was looking at current ER wait times to decide whether or not I was going to wait out the pain till the morning or get some relief when I stumbled upon virtual visit with Dr. Goody. not only was the visit convenient and spared me an hour and a half wait time in an ER and possible secondary exposure to other illnesses, but she was extremely helpful as well as informative. I highly recommend this service feature.
