Устанавливаю режим «напоминание о смене региона» в выкл. Но при каждом новом включении устройства он сам опять включается. Это стало появляться в последних обновлениях. Очень сильно раздражает. Сделайте возможность полного выключения звуковых оповещений.

The colors and fonts are so bad that I can’t even select my date of birth because nothing is visible. The toothbrush battery level is shown in two different places with two different values. The translation is extremely sloppy — the texts don’t fit in the boxes, so it’s sometimes impossible to understand what the author meant. I’m really disappointed and will probably uninstall it. The AI chat is replying to me in Chinese.

Ich frage mich ernsthaft, wofür diese App überhaupt nötig ist…
Die wenigen sinnvollen Einstellungen, die man vornehmen kann lassen sich auch, trotz aller „Fummeligkeit“, über die Zahnbürste erledigen. Die Erinnerung zum Bürstenkopfwechsel funktioniert (zumindest bei mir) eher mäßig.
Die Übersicht der „Putzqualität“ scheint mir ehe „zufällig“.
Als absolute Krönung funktioniert das ursprünglich vergebene Passwort für die App seit Kurzem nicht mehr. Versuche, dieses zurückzusetzen scheitern daran, dass die angeforderten Transaktionscodes nicht übersendet werden (eMail-Adresse ist korrekt). Dies hat lediglich bei der initialen Passwortvergabe bei Erstinbetriebnahme der App einmalig funktioniert.

Die zwei Sterne gibt es lediglich dafür, dass die App zumindest drei Monate ohne nennenswerte Abstürze etc. lief…

Ich kann mich nicht mit meinen gespeicherten Daten einloggen. Passwort zurücksetzen klappt auch nicht. Über den Browser klappt es einwandfrei. Aber da komme ich nur in den Shop. ANFÄNGER!!!

As the title says, the translations are absolutely terrible and often make no sense at all. In fact, it would probably be easier to set the app to Chinese and screenshot-translate every page than to try to understand what the English version is even asking you to do.

The UX and overall design are just as bad. Nothing feels intuitive: spacing is inconsistent, elements are awkwardly placed, and there’s a random “AI” feature stuck at the bottom of the screen that doesn’t seem to do anything useful. On top of that, the app constantly stutters and hitches.

Considering the price I paid, this level of quality is unacceptable. It feels unfinished and poorly thought out. 0/5.

Man muss sich theoretisch jedes Mal manuell verbinden glaube ich oder zumindest jedes Mal die App manuell öffnen damit es dann vielleicht funktioniert und die Zahnbürste Daten sammelt und ans Handy schickt sonst funktioniert es nie egal wann und wie ich die Zahnbürste benutze ich ha keine Daten auf meinem Handy

Have Oclean Elite - their premium product, but was unable to connect my toothbrush to the app so far. When in pairing mode the app simply says that toothbrush has already been added to the account and throws a failure. But nothing is listed in the Devices tab. When trying to use AI assistant, I ask the question in English and it replies in Chinese... really "helpful"

J’utilise la brosse à dents au Kline ultra depuis maintenant plus de six mois. C’est de loin la meilleure brosse à dents électrique que j’ai eu. Et pourtant j’ai testé des Philips Sonicare, des oral B io 9. Elle est pratique tiens la charge 2 semaine se charge soit en usb C avec sa boîte soit en induction directement sur n’importe quel chargeur. 
Hyper efficace pour le brossage doux pour les gencives avec un guidage des changements de zone vocal parfait. L’application mériterai une meuilleure traduction FR. La des paramètres ne sont pas vraiment compréhensible. 
Pas de bug de connexion ni de données. 
La seule remarque que j’aurais à faire c’est de permettre de continuer le brossage lancé après un arrêt pour éviter de reprendre un timer et une session à 0 après un arrêt de 10 secondes ou simplement prolonger son brossage à la fin sans reprendre une nouvelle session.

Ich war zunächst skeptisch da ich die Marke nicht kannte. Die vergleichbaren Modelle von Philips kosten ja auch alle mehr als das doppelte. Vom ersten Moment des auspacken an war ich sehr überrascht auch vom einfachen einrichten mit Apple Account und Login. Es werden keine Daten gesammelt und die Zahnbürste macht einen fabelhaften Job. Was will man mehr.
