I also talked to the wechat support team and they said it was not compatible with the international version of their toothbrush. It’s funny this app from the US App Store was not able to connect to their toothbrush sold in the US from Amazon. ### 1/5 — The toothbrush SN number is wrong *2020-09-12, version 1.0.8* I tried reinstalling the app. No matter what I do I cannot get my brand new tooth brush (oclean x) connected to the app. It successfully detects the brush, but does not connect. It keeps giving me the same error message: the toothbrush SN number is wrong. What do you mean it’s wrong? It’s your own product... ### 1/5 — The toothbrush SN is wrong *2020-09-01, version 1.0.8* Bought the Oclean x pro new and I have not been able to connect it through the app. It recognizes the toothbrush but as others have stated it gives the toothbrush SN number is wrong error. Obviously the toothbrush still works but it’s kind of a big deal since you can’t set the time or date or even track your progressive cleaning which is the point of the toothbrush. Not sure how they haven’t fixed it yet either. Pretty disappointed. Well, it was registered with the first brush and worked until I bought the second one. Interestingly, around the same time, my email got used by a random person to register a Snapchat account on my behalf, then they had the audacity to ask me to give them my password. Perhaps these events are connected since it’s tied to the same email OClean suddenly doesn’t want me to use anymore. ### 1/5 — WHY DON’T YOU FIX “SN NUMBER IS WRONG” PROBLEM? *2021-01-24, version 1.1.0* The device is good, but the app and toothbrush are not connected. I asked the warranty, but there was no answer. Try Germany...it works fine for me this way. Do not use the one from China as it will ask for a local phone number as a login instead of an email. ### 3/5 — Duplicate Reviews *2020-03-25, version 1.0.6* There are a lot of 5-star ratings that are posted one day, and the EXACT same review is posted a week or two later, under another name. Does anybody look into this? This skews the ratings and is a disservice to customers and potential customers. I just received my Oclean Pro and can’t rate it yet. As such, I’m rating it in the middle. I’ll revise warranted. ### 3/5 — Stuck *2019-11-04, version 1.0.2* Beautiful toothbrush and my teeth always feel clean but when the app is not working. The toothbrush will show that I brushed all my teeth but then the app will show that I missed a lot of areas and spent zero time in them. Also the app tells you are providing adequate pressure but it won’t tell you how to improve (ie if you need more or less pressure).
