ในรูปแบบ Mobile Application Features 
1. ติดตั้งฟรี ! ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย ไม่มีโฆษณา ไม่มีการบันทึกหรือขอข้อมูลการเงินหรือหมายเลขบัตรเครดิตใดๆ ของท่าน 
2. ไม่พลาดข่าวสารกิจกรรมงานราชการต่าง  ๆ ของส่วนราชการที่ลงประกาศในเว็บไซต์ OCSC.GO.TH ได้อย่างรวดเร็ว ส่งตรงเข้าอุปกรณ์สื่อสารของคุณ 
3. รับทราบข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมการประชุม การอบรมต่าง  ๆ เพื่อส่งเสริมพัฒนาความรู้ด้านการบริหารและพัฒนาทรัพยากรบุคคล พัฒนาความรู้ความสามารถทั่วไปของสำนักงาน ก.พ. 
4. สมาชิกสามารถค้นหากิจกรรม ข่าวสาร วารสารข้าราชการ บทความทางวิชาการต่าง ๆ ที่เป็นประโยชน์ด้านการบริหารและพัฒนาทรัพยากรบุคคล
5. สมาชิกสามารถเลือกติดตามข่าวสาร วารสารข้าราชการ บทความทางวิชาการและกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับงานราชการทั่วไปของสำนักงาน ก.พ.  
6. ผู้สนใจสามารถสมัครสมาชิกได้ทันที เพื่อติดตามข่าวสารใหม่ต่าง ๆ ของสำนักงาน ก.พ. 
7. สมาชิกสามารถเลือกติดตามกิจกรรมที่ตนเองสนใจตามหมวดหมู่ หรือกลุ่มเป้าหมาย ของตนเองได้
8. สมาชิกสามารถลงทะเบียนร่วมกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ของงานส่วนราชการที่ลงประกาศเว็บไซต์ OCSC.GO.TH ได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
9. สมาชิกสามารถแสดงความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการจัดกิจกรรม การประชุม การอบรมต่าง ๆ ผ่านทางช่องแสดงข้อเสนอแนะของสำนักงาน ก.พ. 
10. สมาชิกสามารถสอบถามข้อมูลเพิ่มเติม หรือต้องการความช่วยเหลือต่าง ๆ สามารถติดต่อตามช่องทางรายละเอียดของทางสำนักงาน ก.พ.
