## What is Oct8ne Dashboard?

Now you can attend your customers at any time from your mobile phone, no matter where you are.  The Oct8ne app allows you to access your control panel and answer your chats, transfer a customer to another agent, see visitors at your store, and configure your options as you would from the control panel at your desk.  The app alerts you of all incoming chats so you won’t miss any sales.
