I like how the points can be accumulated however I feel that if we have managed to achieve multiple successful donations going through the long plasmaferesis process we should be able to redeem our points at Anytime. I’ve been coming for 3 months straight. Every single staff member provide every individual with proper care. The procedure last about an hour but that an hour well worth spending proving plasma for medicine for people that need it. The location I go to is located at North Lake. Every member has my gratitude for their excellent service and helping save lives with the plasma they acquire for the company to make med for people that require it. They keep me wanting to donate plasma. I swear to God they had “reset password” technology working very easily and reliably by 2005 so why is this app so broken? Why were the developers so unable to integrate third party login through Gmail. Infinitely loading and as a donor this is pissing me off. This app is a waste of money. This is a terrible app that rarely ever works. Trust the reviewers on this one. The centers are terrible. *2025-08-14* Donation centers are filled with people waiting 3-4 hours to get paid a pittance for plasma worth thousands. 24-30 beds, only to have 6-12 being used and 1-2 phlebotomists at any given moment. Other centers are closing and octapharma gets busier with no improvement in the speed with which people can donate and go home. This isn’t a one off, it’s every day. These people only care about the bottom line and they know we’ll wait for our little stipend at the end of the day no matter how long we have to wait. ### 1/5 — They do not care about their donors *2025-08-10, version v4.4.1* It’s just a cash grab. Their”house doctor” tells you to get an ok from your doctor that it’s safe to donate. Then when he gets the paperwork saying it’s safe to donate he permanently defers you. Waste of time effort and money. Don’t go to octapharma.
