In regards to the app, it seems like it has a lot of bugs. A lot of sections in my app says “please try again later”. Everything else that I can access is pretty much useless other than the OctaPass. Hopefully developers can fix these issues soon ### 2/5 — Good on donating but horrible to access card *2026-04-23, version v5.1.0* I’ve been using the app for quite some time now and I will say this is probably the worst app to access your debit card. I just donated. Let’s say a day ago and I haven’t used the card for any of its money I go to the store grab groceries to be well within the price range that I was given in the car would decline like there was nothing on it. I go to the app and see that there’s more than enough money on the card. But still would decline three more times I don’t know why it’s doing this. I can’t do anything, but it’s still saying that I have money in there. I find this to be supremely scummy, regardless of the intentions. They claim it’ll help inform centers about when we arrive, which is a lie as the screeners don’t have time to be bothered with nonsense like this. They claim other metrics as well like which center you visit and your time and date of donation, which was information that was already available. This is a terrible change all to get location data. This app constantly signs me out and makes me sign back in. The plasma center itself takes me forever with screening people like Jesus. If you are looking to make some money and for a good cause? Theres no log other than my screen shot showing it disappearing and it doesn’t show on the vault page. There is no number or website to contact anyone about anything. Everytime i get paid i have to transfer the money right away or they will just sneakingly keep taking money out. Everybody super friendly, honestly never had bad experience or bruising or anything like that here. Great way to supplement your income and help people at the same time. So much friendlier than some other places like Grifols. Friend of mine goes to Grifols and says they can be really rude at times, and not even hardly say hi, acknowledge you or anything and boss you around like when they tell you what seat to go to. As a father and priest I try to let the workers that work there understand that their jobs help people despite long days they have I feel I have to remind them and I want to here again they are the hero’s because it is not often you get to have them so we can help others too . There are some I feel that are very special . Every time I go there they seem to be the better part of my day as a royal family member you might say I get the royal treatment yet I feel a couple of special people I grown fond of that seem exhausted at times yet they need to be reminded how wonderful they are as I tried to let them know .
