However, I was still required to provide my passport, residency card, and signature. I found this process to be inconvenient and not user-friendly. As a digital banking platform, I hope you can simplify the account opening process by leveraging Singpass's secure authentication features. 1. Reduce the number of required documents for account opening. 2. Utilize Singpass's digital authentication capabilities to minimize the need for physical documents. 3. Cant register digital token due to otp issue, means cant do anything. -OTP can be received for log in only. -Didn’t receive otp to set up digital token altho it shows otp sent Please assists! ### 1/5 — Terrible App, Don’t use *2024-10-06, version 7.2.1* App started giving me an invalid request error all of a sudden and I could no longer login on the app. CSO asked me to reinstall the app, making me lose my digital token access and I suddenly can no longer even add new payees to transfer out my funds. Horrible app and internet banking experience with CIMB overall. Reconsider using CIMB, there are plenty of better bank options out there these days. ### 1/5 — Poor / lousy app *2024-09-12, version 7.2.0* Customers cannot change daily transfer limit, cannot lock credit card, cannot change credit card limit, cannot have email alert, cannot block online transaction. The only way to do above is to call customer service and if want to change back, have to submit document.
