Pessima. Funziona meglio quella vecchia nonostante sia obsoleta. Poche funzioni utili e il calendario non funziona. Prendere esempio da app ben sviluppate e che facilitano realmente il lavoro di un host.(booking o air B&B ) Cancellata immediatamente. Non serve a nulla.
Da rifare da zero secondo me.

We use this at our hotels. It’s a great application but there are a lot of improvements that could be made. One of the biggest issues is not being able to make a reservation directly in the app. It will take you to a Google or safari page, having to sign-in again and wait for the 6 digit code. While not an issue on the website using a computer, for times when using the app it is a hassle. I’ve had many times where I’m in the phone with a guest and instead of immediately being able to book the guest it takes 5 minutes extra to get to the process, making it a little more difficult for guests who are ready to be booked and done. OctoRate is a great platform and this is one of my only gripes with this application. If there is a way to update this, I hope the developers see this and can make this possible, if not possible it’s understandable I’m not a developer. Otherwise, a great company and a very useful tool for us. I love the simplicity of the app but how well and detailed the simplicity is in the app. When I train our employees they can understand everything in less than 30 minutes.

Sinceramente era molto meglio l’applicazione precedente questa si impalla spesso e non ha tutte le voce a tendina nei menu che devi per forza entrare da Internet…ho octorate da quasi un anno però negli ultimi tempi sta peggiorando anche nel dare risposte ai messaggi troppo lenti 😠😠😠

Mi fa molto piacere che finalmente posso controllare tutto da un app. L’unica mia richiesta che sarebbe da 5 stelle, avere la sezione Dashboard. Così da poter vedere in quali camere o strutture sono gli arrivi del giorno, sopratutto con il nuovo layout del sito sarebbe perfetto!
