Instead of just sending an email about your various events we need to opt into a few hours prior - why not send out a notification via the app?
I don’t always see the emails in time.

Octopus is a great company probably the best, but this new way of scratch card on a Monday is a very poor way of getting your free coffee, twice I’ve used it and when I’ve gone to accept the free coffee but it has gone back into the system and said try again next week, this is the only downside of the app, the way it was before was way better, don’t know who’s idea it was but it’s a very poor decision, you need to start and listen to your customers, plus there must be a bug in system as sometimes I press the app and nothing happens then second time it lets me in, I won’t be updating the app as you have lost all control of the design, and not listening to your customers, this new way of scratch card is the sure way of loosing customers

App has logged me out and won’t let me log back in. Details are correct as it works on the browser. Very frustrating as I can do Apple Pay on the app to add credit to my energy account. Please fix this!!!

Such a great company on multiple levels - wonderful customer service and everything is simply explained and I’ve now got solar panels helping both me and the environment to survive. Thanks for being such a lovely team whenever I need help or advice! 🥰

Payment is challenging. You make a one-off payment - it needs to be verified - you switch to your banking app to approve the transaction - revert back to app - transaction has been wiped. Impossible to pay

Octopus has lost site of the app. Too many recurrent missing data or conversion errors. Never a permanent fix. Unsatisfactory explanations. 

Other non Octopus apps can produce accurate data!

Update from Octopus: “We are working on it”. 

For the last several months. Does it really take this long to fix a clear bug? This lets the app down  and the app is genuinely not prime time ready if it carries such obvious problems. How is one supposed to be able to trust its other numbers.

Daily Cost Breakdown Feature Broken, no sign of it returning. Charge cap has rendered the EV charging to be completely useless and unreliable. This morning, I’ll need to bump charge at maximum tariff rate charge to get to work. What a sad day for Octopus :(

I signed up to an EV tariff after getting electric car but smart meter has not been sending signals for me to benefit from cheap rate and I now have substantial debt built up. It’s very disappointing and would not had switched to EV tariffs had I know as the standard day rate per unit it higher. I would have been better staying on a standard tariff. Also have been refused multiple phone calls for an engineer to visit. I have submitted information on meter location at least 5 times and despite submission my monthly cost has went from £200 to £350 to now over £500
