I cannot use this app

I purchased this app to help with inventory and to do sales for my online and offline business. This app is very prone to have glitches and has made my life harder not easier. I would not recommend this app due to lack of customer support and the over all performance of the app. The concept and Idea is great but execution of app not so great

Just purchased this app. Seems like it will work really well, however I am trying to figure some things out and there is no help or reference guide of any kind to figure it out. HELP!!!!

Please update the app, it's no longer working in ios 14.6. No need to add feature/fix bug, just make it work in the last ios version. Thanks
