唔畀非香港居民實名仲可以理解。問題連更改電話號碼都話唔得，一定要實名登記咗先得，荒謬至極。
個客服第一時間唔係解決問題，係解決提出問題嘅人，叫人直接刪號再重新開過，有冇諗過人哋買咗你哋嘅卡面點處理？

Very confusing process when you get two top up options, one to the wallet and one to the card. I have a family need to top up cards for my kids. I have inadvertently topped up too much on one card when it should have been on mine. And now I cannot undo or transfer the amount back to my card. No warning as to whether I want to transfer to a particular card. And you cannot rename the cards either. They’re all listed after the brackets of the card itself. More time wasted than going to a counter to top up.

Literally horrendous app, I tried to add 100 dollars to my octopus wallet but it took the money from my octopus card but didn’t even put the money in my wallet. Did a transaction check and it says 100 dollars transferred but on my octopus wallet it doesn’t say so. Then called customer service and all I got back was a stupid call on hold music and had no one to speak to. No one picked up and I waited for more than 10 minutes. Like hello??

As of May 2026, the Octopus app remains one of the most behind-the-times payment systems I use. Even though iPhones now support 10+ Apple Watches, Octopus forces you to choose only one. Activating it on my second watch immediately disables it on the first. This "one-watch-only" policy is archaic and makes managing multiple devices a total nightmare. Extremely disappointed with the lack of progress.

I’m unable to click the Confirm button after pasting my password — it stays greyed out at all times. In addition, long passwords don’t seem to work, as I’m unable to finish typing mine. Please verify and inform the customer that there is a password length limit when creating an account. Currently, the system is inconsistent: it allows a long password during account creation but then rejects or truncates it on the login screen.

I used your app to top up my Octopus card twice through your app but then only one transaction was topped up successfully but the other one didn’t. My credit card shows that the two amounts were deducted, but the amount that didn’t top up was not refunded. I want to check if there is an enquiry section but it is not available.
