### 1/5 — Great app, fails to deliver

The app crashes almost every time.  The features it offers barely work smoothly.  Most of the features have a bug and emailing support isn’t very helpful.  First it takes a long time to get a reply, days, if one is sent at all.  Most issues I’ve had have not been repaired, even though support claims to have repaired it.  Overall, not impressed.

Things that need improving: 

- Updating/overriding the address, because maps are not always correct & makes the app unusable. 

- “Accept All” bookings or have them automatically accept because staff have to regardless, its time consuming to have to accept 50+ bookings at once for one customer. 

- Option to defer “Awaiting Update Booking” to admin/business owner OR 

- Allow staff/users to override location issues by allowing the option to select you’ve arrived/start job/job completed even if the address is wrong due to maps. Otherwise we get a million notifications all day we cant do anything about to update the booking and cant use the app properly and can not update the booking to “completed” or even “arrived/started/finished” 

- Photos upload as all the same photo 

- Allow to get out of “Accept Booking Reminder” to continue using the app.

### 5/5 — App won’t fill the screen on a iPad 10.2 7th generation

I’m having problem where is that on my iPhone it works well on my 7th gen iPad it won’t fill the hole screen and the tool bar is in the wrong spot it makes it in possible to use on the iPad and I really need it to work on that 
My son that runs my other truck has BIG hands and it will make 
It very hard to enter every thing on his phone 
They contacted me and said they are working on it and they have been very helpful and timely on there responses to my questions thanks
