They won’t return calls if you want to get refund *2026-07-24* I recently joined oda classes for my daughter we soon realized it was not for us plus as it was daily sessions( which we were not informed prior). When we asked for a refund according to the policy within 7 business days they just don’t attend calls, reply to emails which is very frustrating. Please don’t trust them and waste your money. ### 2/5 — Not as per commitments and severe level of SignUp talks during classes *2026-05-08* My initial interest in signed up for OdA was the promise of Vedic Math and kids ability to pick up and excel in math very easily. Reality is far from it. Over the 18 months of my feedback’s and interactions with ODA attendance and mentor teachers, there has been no change in the way the kids intent is handled. They take too long saying the same things and finally what comes in exams are a different story. Apart from English Science and Maths, there is no focus or involvement of mentor teachers to help on other subjects, kids do not focus in the class and the motivation coins are pretty useless value for money. Because of the continuous talk and motivating words that my kid is doing so well so he is getting admitted to an elite batch of only 30 kids, I signed up for the following year! What a big mistake. My kids studies and motivation to study went down, he would play online games if no one was watching, he would do HW and collect coins which he could never use, and as I was promised that I can cancel once next grade starts, I waited for the year to end. Again an endless disappointment as since the start of classes I have been following up on my cancellation request, had 2 lengthy calls giving the same feedback to the teachers who called, and after multiple assurances of refund soon, they have stopped responding for the past 3 weeks. Now the teachers do not respond to the messages, the support@pigeonedu does not reply and no one answers at the customer care call support. My “scholarship” eligible fee was available for other kids as well for 9 months after I signed up. I simply hurried bcoz of their marketing strategies and my kid’s performance also fell to a 70%. Hope my review helps others looking for support because you are a working parent. ### 4/5 — Honest & Concerned Parent Perspective *2026-01-27* Till the time you haven’t purchased the course, they treat you very well. Once the payment is done, the attitude completely changes. At the time of enrollment, we were clearly informed that there would be only 30 students per class. However, after my child started attending online classes for Class 1, it feels like there are far more students—possibly 100 or even more—in a single class. This is extremely concerning. The classes are not interactive at all. Children are rarely, if ever, asked to speak, respond, or participate. For a Class 1 child, online learning already requires extra engagement, patience, and interaction, which is completely missing here. Because of the large number of students, individual attention is impossible, and my child struggles to stay focused and involved. This defeats the very purpose of online education for young children. What worries me most is the mismatch between what was promised during enrollment and the reality. Transparency is very important when it comes to a child’s education, and parents deserve honest communication. ### 3/5 — No individual attention. *2025-04-03, version 9.10.0* Content is good but no individual attention for the students. Student has no access to talk to the teacher and ask his doubt. ### 2/5 — Harassment and want a refund *2024-11-14* Oda class is first of all as promised that would cover the overall subjects is a myth. They don’t cover English Literature and in EVS also they don’t cover the chapters which are in your syllabus. They follow syllabus which is common for all schools. While enrolment they said that they will cover the literature part also and when we had exams they did not sent the worksheets as requested and they after few days sent some worksheets that too for grammar. When the student doesn’t join they will call you 4 times in an hour. In spite of telling that we are outside or attending a function or exams are going on they keep on insisting to join for 10 minutes. We tell they that the kid will watch the records later on and will complete the homework then also they keep on harassing by calling again and again. Today they have crossed all limits when saying that we as a parent are being negligent. Which is not at all acceptable. Oda is nothing but only equivalent to a Tution and a parent knows how much the kid is benefiting from it. So oda now I want a refund for making false promises while enrolling and then not fulfilling it and harassing us everytime and telling us that we are negligent. No action from Management *2024-04-13* I have enrolled my Son for Class IX. During enrollment your Mentor ( Thakur Shreyesh Singh) agreed that from this year there will be 1:1 class for Math and Science. I was promised/agreed over call and watsapp messege where it is clearly mentioned that my Son will have 1:1 session for these two subject. Even a demo class was provided. When the class started last week, I have informed ODA Mentor Teacher and she was very much confused. based on the agreement only I have enrolled my Son and now any deviation is not acceptable at all. I have paid my hard earned money and if you can't provide 1:1 session- please refund the amount. I have entire watsapp communication where this was agreed and even it was agreed in the demo class.. which can be produced to authority for verification. Please setup a call with that person ( Thakur Shreyesh Singh) as this is fraud. God should know , whether the Avinash is real manager or working for daily wages labour. They give too many false promises until we enroll and pay full amount, once done nobody responds and answer to our calls and mails. They revoke their promised mails from our mail box by doing phishing attack. Scamming parents and children. When we raise our voice and ask for the perks promised , they simple say we are giving classes right let your child attend to that and cut the call. All dumb and useless classes they give which will not promote kids progress. Support team is worst, dropped too many mails to refund my amount paid. No one responds once after we pay. Trust me don’t ever enrol your child and get ill. ODA team literally make us suffer like anything. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Think Twice Before Enrolling – Misleading Sales Promises & No Response After Payment *2026-07-28* My experience with ODA Classes has been extremely disappointing. Before I enrolled my son, I received multiple sales calls every day. In fact, there were occasions when I received multiple calls within a single hour, urging me to complete the enrollment. The follow-up from the sales team was relentless. Before making the payment, I specifically asked the sales representative multiple times whether the discounted offer included all the features of the Master Program and whether there were any exclusions. I was clearly assured that there would be no exclusions and that my son would receive all the features of the Master Program. However, within minutes of making the payment, I was informed by another representative that I had actually been enrolled in the Elite Program, which is different from the Master Program and excludes important benefits such as mentor support, extended support hours, and other key features. Feeling misled, I decided that I did not want my son to continue with the program. I immediately requested a refund. Since then, I have submitted two refund requests via email, but I have not received any response from ODA Classes. What is most disappointing is the contrast in their approach. Before payment, I was receiving repeated calls to enroll. After payment, when I requested a refund, there has been complete silence. This raises serious concerns about their customer service and commitment to resolving customer grievances. Based on my experience, I strongly advise parents to obtain every promise in writing, verify exactly which program they are purchasing, and carefully review the features before making any payment. I sincerely hope ODA Classes improves its transparency, communication, and customer support. ### 1/5 — Review on Class Structure and Approach *2026-05-07* We enrolled our son in Oda Class after being influenced by aggressive marketing promises and demonstrations that made the program appear highly structured and professional. Unfortunately, our actual experience was very disappointing. The quality of classes did not match the expectations that were created during the enrollment process. The teaching approach lacked consistency and professionalism, and over time our son gradually lost interest in attending the sessions. As parents, we expected a much more engaging and student-focused learning environment, especially considering the commitments made during the sales process. What disturbed us even more was the behavior after our son stopped attending the classes. Instead of respectfully understanding the concern of a parent, we started receiving repeated calls continuously, which became extremely disturbing and intrusive. The situation became completely unacceptable when, during one conversation where I firmly expressed my dissatisfaction, one of the representatives allegedly used abusive language and even made threatening remarks saying they would come to my city and beat me. Such behavior from an education-related organization is shocking, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing. An educational platform should focus on supporting students and maintaining respectful communication with parents, not pressurizing or intimidating them. Based on our personal experience, I would strongly advise parents to carefully evaluate everything before committing to long-term enrollment plans. ### 1/5 — My review for oda class *2025-12-06* I am extremely disappointed with Oda Class and their behaviour. They keep calling us every single day. If I don’t pick up the call, they call 4–5 times repeatedly, and when I still don’t answer, they even start calling my wife. This is very frustrating and unprofessional. My son personally decided that he does not want to continue with Oda Class because he feels it’s not worth it and is a complete waste of his time. That is the only reason we are not attending the sessions. But instead of respecting our decision, they keep forcing their calls and trying to directly or indirectly sell their other products. Today when I finally picked up their call, the person on the line spoke very rudely and arrogantly, saying, “If you don’t want calls, then don’t join the online classes.” This is shocking. We have paid so much money, and instead of basic respect, we get rude behaviour and pressure tactics. My only request to Oda Class is: please stop calling us. If we need anything, we will reach out ourselves. But calling every day, calling multiple times, and even calling family members is harassment. After few weeks they again stopped and they expect us to follow up every time for one extra class. Now they totally stopped and are not providing any classes. Also they told that they are going to provide many features like oda genie, brain buddies and etc.. but still they have not provided it’s already so many months. We deeply regret the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience." ### 1/5 — Unprofessionalism and bad customer response *2024-08-22* We were told lies to get enrolled, we were told there is a morning batch, but there is no morning batch and we are not given refund. ### 1/5 — Beware people *2024-08-16* This oda company is totally Fraud Never ever trust them Initially after 29 rs payment they will be very sweet humble for 6 days and behave like they are very concerned about the student Once you pay the fees they will totally change They will not give you any classes after the payment Never give them your credit card information they will put you on emi And then there will not be any chance to get rid of the emis until you pay it When you don’t agree to pay for whole year payment they will offer you monthly payment but ask your credit card and in that there is hidden emi option and that’s what they wanted from you and after that they will not even pick your phones Don’t fell in their trap Don’t even accept their upi payment for one month after payment they will be like first you have to complete your admission otherwise we are not giving you any class and in name of admission they will put you on emi of Bajaj finance more then of 25k Beware they are just looting the parents and playing with innocent children **Developer response:** Dear User, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced. I have paid on first of June 2024, but till date, there is no classes for my kid of grade 3 and not even refunded. I have connected to Ravinder Aishwarya Divya Pradeep Pratiksha, Aman Nautiyal, and many more people to solve my issue.. it’s been a month now. Still, no refund is initiated, even after email sent to Support team. I spoke to all the above people twice and thrice, but now they are not answering my call for two weeks. I’m worried now. I have paid my hard money for my kid to learn something, but people like this. You never know who is the admin or formal authority to answer your query or grievances. Every time speak to some teacher about it he/ she will say we ll check and revert but they won’t. They probably also save your numbers so that they do not pick up your calls when you re call them after no response. I help them enrolled two more kids this year but they did not even provided Oda coins committed for reference in spite of so many reminders. Instead , my son purchase a digital water bottle from his oda coins balance. The bottle never got delivered in 45 days till now and his oda points also deducted !! Parents it’s a complete gimmick. If you are patient enough for taking this behaviour from ODA class please go ahead and enrol your kids but I will not refer or enrol my child again next year. This is second year of my son’s oda class.
