Odak is a calming helper for ADHD minds. Choose how you feel: anxious, overwhelmed, hyper, etc. and Odak suggests a matching 1-minute technique: grounding timers, braindumps, guided breathing, mini checklists, or dice-sized actions. Each exercise includes supportive prompts and smooth animations, plus light haptics to keep you present.
