## What is odd?

One day is one entry: a photograph and a few words.

That is the whole diary. There is no feed to scroll, no likes, nothing to set up. You open the app in the evening, you put the day down, you close it.

THE DAY
A photo from the camera or your library, the date, and as much text as you want. It saves itself as you type — there is no Save button to forget.

STICKERS
Thirty-five cats and dogs stand right in the sentence, where a word would be: a sad cat, a dog at a laptop, a cat with a glass at the end of a long Tuesday. They are the only color in a black-and-white app, and they stay on the day — the calendar, the widgets and the year keep to gray. Type a word or an emoji and the right animal comes running.

THE HISTORY
Written days become squares in a calendar. Scroll back and the months keep going; tap a square and the day opens. A year is visible whole.

THE EVENING REMINDER
It comes only while today is still empty. Write the day and the evening stays quiet.

WIDGETS
Today's photograph on the home screen, the whole year as squares, and a small mark on the lock screen that opens the diary.

YOUR OWN iCLOUD
Entries sync through your private iCloud — the iPhone writes, the iPad shows the same year. There is no account, no login, and no server of ours holding your year. We cannot read what you write.

FACE ID
The diary opens with your face or your passcode. There is no separate code inside the app: it would be nobody's to restore.

FREE, AND ODD PRO
The diary, the calendar and your entries on every device you own are free always — one photograph a day, and as many words as you like.

odd Pro adds:
• up to five photographs in a day
• the cats and dogs in your text
• the Today and Year widgets
• the Face ID lock

Three days free. After that a year at a time, or one payment that never runs out. An expired subscription never hides what you have already written — it only stops you adding more. The cats you have already put down stay put down.

iPhone, iOS 18 and later.
