Every time I try to create an account it hits me with ‘bad email address’ with no help to why it didn’t work or how to help. Also everything in the game requires to have an account for example join a tournament join a team and guess what you need and account send socks guess what you need an account

Apparently you can only log in with your Facebook/iOS account if you agree to app tracking. Absolutely not! We’re done here!

Game is great, but the support for bugs and fixes is terrible. I have no idea what happened to my game, but I went to play one evening and it won’t let me log on via FB, I have deleted the game many times and allowed tracking, it still won’t log me on. I don’t want to start at the beginning again, after many years of play, contacted support weeks ago, not fixed. Even though they are happy to take my money for extra cash points though.

I played this game for many years, then a few weeks ago it logged me out of Facebook, now when I try to log back in the fb log in page just keeps refreshing asking me to enter my password, I rest the password but still does the same thing. Tried contacting admin from the help page ( sends an email) and it won’t send the email as that comes up with saying my email address is incorrect. Just sad as I enjoyed this game and got to lv 488, I don’t want to start again on lv1 🥲

A bonus you claim can no longer disappear without being paid, friends who've had a gift waiting a while can receive one again, and gifts and prizes keep arriving even if one of them gets stuck. Double-tapping send no longer says your friend already has a gift, and Facebook sign-in now asks for friends access in the same step. Happy matching!

Tapping the chat bar opens team chat again, your Facebook friends appear as soon as you allow access, and signing in is steadier on iOS 26 — including if you'd rather not allow tracking. A brief problem at our end no longer signs you out. Happy matching!

If signing in with Facebook stopped working for you — sending you back to level 1, or leaving you stuck on "Logging in, please wait..." — this update fixes it. Sign in with Facebook and your game will be there as you left it: your level, your team and your socks.

Also in this update:
• If a sign-in can't be completed, you're taken back to the login screen instead of being left waiting
• The message asking for permission to see your Facebook friends no longer appears when your friends are already showing

Nothing was ever lost from any account — the problem was only in getting you back to it.

- A lapsed Facebook session could sign you back in as a new level 1 player. Fixed.
- A sign-in you cancelled could later replace the account you were playing on. Fixed.
- Two people signing in on the same device no longer end up sharing one account.
Fixed:
- Declining the email permission no longer logs you out and strands you on the login screen.
- Losing signal no longer signs you out, and no longer throws away what you just played.
- Taps that did nothing on the line, ground, fence, shop and chat bar now work.
- Email sign-up and password reset turned down every address typed. Both work again — your way back in if you were locked out.
- Sock Cash from a video now stays yours instead of vanishing next time you play.
