## What is Odd Tenants?

You're the new manager of an aging studio apartment building.

As long as the rent gets paid, who cares what your tenants really are?

Odd Tenants is an apartment-management mystery sim: take in new residents, watch for
strange happenings at night, gather evidence through CCTV and conversation, and figure
out who — or what — is really living down the hall.

■ 8 kinds of monsters, 25+ tenants with real personalities
Vampires, goblins, nine-tailed foxes, werewolves, doppelgangers, invisible people, dream
eaters, and beings made of shadow. Every tenant has their own story — and some are simply
ordinary humans.

■ Gather evidence, build hypotheses, then decide
Visit events give you clues by day; CCTV catches suspicious behavior by night. Connect
evidence to hypothesis cards to close in on the truth. Once you're sure, the decision is
yours — let them stay, restrict them, isolate them, or evict them.

■ Every visit is a real conversation
Visit events aren't just popups — they're branching conversations. Your choices shape
trust, uncover evidence, and change how the story unfolds.

■ Grow your building, manage its reputation and safety
Expand facilities, unlock new floors, and keep reputation, safety, and anomaly levels in
balance. Bad calls lead to incidents; good management brings better tenants.

Creepy or not, pay your rent.
