Lesson learned. Some of their data is also inaccurate and when confronted about it they said they would look into and after multiple attempts of trying to contact support to see if the issues had been resolved I got no response and with this being said I have no trust in their system. They don’t seem to care unless you have something good to say about their work. No point in giving out free subscriptions when it’s not trust worthy or even working properly.
