Tried to contact customer service for a refund and was told they couldn't do anything about it. To clarify, OddsJam does not charge during the trial period — there is only a $0.60 authorization hold when you sign up, which you're informed about at that time. If a charge went through, it's possible the subscription wasn't cancelled before the trial ended. Per our Terms of Service, subscriptions auto-renew at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand. That said, we want to make this right. They will continue to put the same player with the very same +- each and every game with a 100% probability for it. The app is a joke, it’s fake and make sure you cancel the subscription for their fake trial because they will charge you even when you tell them you don’t want to use their app and that you believe it’s all a scam. Take it from me, don’t install it. ### 1/5 — Broken app *2026-08-25, version 27.07* Stuck on the opening screen after one use ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-08-06, version 26.0.13* Just terrible leadership ### 1/5 — Trial is a scam, along with half the site and support that harasses you *2026-07-08* How it works: When purchasing the trial it says ‘payment failed’ and shows in no way you having the trial or any features that come with it during the 7 days so you think nothing actually happened. But after the 7 days ends they charge you $211 for a subscription level that isn’t even offered anywhere that provides half the features a $100 subscription offers. Along with multiple other $60-$80 charges that for me totaled up to about $240 on top of the $211 all for trying to use a free trial that doesn’t work. Once I realized I contacted support for help and I’ve never had a worse experience blaming me for them scamming and refusing to help in any way, simply saying ‘it’s your fault’. After multiple hours going back and forth about all the charges in which they said the multiple $60-$80 charges didn’t happen, they finally said ‘oh we see those charges and they shouldn’t of happened, whoopsie’ and finally after hours did half of their job. The subscription they did not cancel so I reported fraud to my bank and they did not contest it in any way bc they know they’re scamming. Got all my money back but never use this awful service. Received confirmation of cancellation (day 2 of trial period) but was still charged on day 7. If you google this app/company you will see that many people have had similar experiences. I know the monthly subscription is pretty pricey, but I made that back in my first 3 days with the app. After that I made anywhere from $90-$210 a day. And you can find bets everyday. The more Sportsbook you have the better bets you find!
