Le son est englobant, bien rendu mais hélas on dirait que les notes sont frappées avec le plat de la main… C’est très désagréable quand on cherche la douceur de l’instrument du bout des doigts et sa sensualité aquatique. Ils n’y a pas de notes percussives, on ne peut que solliciter les endroits « musicaux » de l’instruments. L’impressionnante gamme de tonalités permet de s’amuser mais finalement la vibrance trop franche des frappes lasse, plutôt que d’encourager à explorer l’application. J’aurai voulu plus de douceur dans le rendu acoustique. ### 4/5 — Love it, but would love it more if I could adjust The presets, manually, and save my own *2024-11-25, version 3.6* Been playing this app for years now, but there’s so many other scales that I love to explore period I love the variety, he’s already got. I would love the ability to change the dings manually. otherwise this thing is hours of fun, highly recommend it so much fun! i’ve played it till it drained my entire car battery and I needed to jump the car. Totally lost myself in the app, playing with other people. I need to get a real handpan. I tried getting one off of Amazon, that was really pretty, but totally sucked. Only five of the things played so now I’m saving to get the one I really want from acolyte instruments.com. But Hang, the app is what is holding me over until then. If you guys could make it so that you could assign the tones to different things, I would probably spend a whole lot more time playing. Could you do that? maybe over Christmas? Simple to use, but with an option to record and play back small sections so you can accompany yourself and create much more complex compositions. Lots of different tunings available, and very easy to switch between them. You have a wide choice of different scales to chose from, all from different parts of the world. The sound of the hang drum itself is nice and quite therapeutic, as well as the app being easy to use (it's very self explanatory). You can also record something and play it back, however I haven't yet found a way - if there is one - to save these recordings anywhere. Also the playback doesn't continue when your device is locked :( Apart from the 'issues' I just mentioned, an improvement I would love to see is for the app to be pressure sensitive - tapping lightly making a quiet sound and pressing hard making a louder sound. Although having said this, the app is free (or is it? I can't remember, I got it so long ago!) so I shouldn't really complain. Another thing that would be awesome to see is being able to customise your own scales and then saving them to use again in the future. Overall this is a great app and I would've given it 4.5 stars but that's not an option! I've tried a lot of hang drum apps and this is one of the best ones you can get without spending more money on another app (or a real hang drum!). It's definitely worth the download :) ### 4/5 — So much fun to play! *2016-12-28* This is a lot of fun. I'm using an iPad Pro and it works great with the latest ios version etc. Magical sound and the unique arrangement of the "keys" forces the creativity out of you, sort of like finding a new tuning on guitar. If you could just add the sunpan (happy spring garden) tuning in Ab I'd be totally obsessed, or maybe even an option to create our own tuning. Not just a toy! *2016-04-20* Really impressed with the craftsmanship and quality of this app. One reviewer dropped a star because you can't custom tune (which would be a bonus) but they include a large library of preset tunings, unlike other hang drum apps. This is truly one of the best musical apps in the App Store.
