When I attempt to make an account with both mine and my wife’s phone, the app says are phone numbers are invalid. Problem, couldn’t even make a account . Every time it ask for my phone number I input and say it valid , it very much is. After restarting the app, deleting and re download and I went to view support which if you aren’t a business, doesn’t exists for customers. I deleted after 40 minutes of “trying to get it to work” ### 1/5 — Very buggy and wouldn’t let me sign up or view shops *2024-01-21* This app was honestly horrible, I tried to download it after a local coffee shop posted about having an online ordering feature through Odeko. First, I tried to create an account & it kept telling me my phone number was invalid, so I tried my husbands phone number as well…apparently we both have phone numbers that aren’t real lol I skipped the sign in process just to look around on the app, the coffee shop that is near me (I just moved to the area recently, they have had this app for a while) was there, when I clicked to look at the menu it said “coming soon” with nothing to view…even though on the side menu it listed numbers of items on the menu. I refreshed a few times and even tried redownloading. Awful experience! ### 1/5 — Still awful *2023-09-10, version 11.0.18* I thought they had finally fixed the issues w/this app. I go to use it this morning and find I have to log in. This filled me w/dread and flashbacks of when I first used this app and how awful an experience that was. Sure enough, it won’t accept my password and I need to reset it. Like my last experience, I go to ck my email and there’s none from Odeko. I’m going to ask my coffee shop to use another app. Using Odeko is so frustrating. ### 1/5 — The Worst. *2023-06-03* I can’t think of another app as bad as this one. Every time I use it I have to reset my password because it won’t accept the one I have saved in my keychain, which was updated the last time I used the dumb app. The order summary doesn’t include the full description of the item or the price detail for the add ons that were selected. I had to call my coffee shop because the app defaulted to the wrong milk. I had to ask to verify the entire order because I couldn’t see the order details and didn’t receive an email receipt! Also you can’t check out if you don’t add money to a “wallet” using Apple Pay, and you can’t pay the exact amount so I had to add more money than the order total!!! WTAF with this terrible app. I just can’t. ### 1/5 — So many glitches *2023-05-13, version 11.0.18* Impossible to use. Always glitching and won’t let me log in after multiple attempts to change my password ### 1/5 — Wouldn’t even let me create an account *2023-03-15, version 11.0.18* I live in the US with a US phone number, but it wouldn’t text me a verification code. When I put random numbers in for the verification code, it would say that my number is not recognized as a US number. I finally got frustrated after 15 minutes and deleted the app. ### 1/5 — Terrible Customer Support!!!!!!! *2022-12-24* I have reached out to their support team via email about several issues with my app including the inability to place my order into my cart and adding a payment method into my wallet. It seems like the only solutions were to delete my app, redownload, update (which it was), and then tell us what happened. It still didn’t let me hours later and I was asked to provide a video or photo of it not attaching my card? How do I even do that? Seems like they do not believe my issues are actually occurring. I am deleting this app, too much time spent with poor customer service. ### 1/5 — Dislike payment options *2022-07-29, version 11.0.15* Requires you to add money to the app to complete purchase. I wish you could just pay directly with your card. I don’t want money just sitting on the app. You also can’t choose a custom amount to add. The app is designed to hold your money. Then it keeps asking for it again and again. No reason shown for what the issue was. I can sign in on the webpage, but can’t create an order. I can create an order on the app, but can’t pay or login. 1 out of 5 is kind as you can’t even get logged in. ### 1/5 — This app sucks *2026-02-20, version 11.1.0* So difficult to login and use for no reason whatsoever ### 1/5 — Worst Ordering App Ever *2025-11-18, version 11.1.0* This app will log you out every time. Then when you try to log in, it will not recognize your password. Then when you reset the password, it will tell you that the new password that you just created is not the correct password. I used to be able to find a way to get in, but I give up. I just reset my password 3 times and it will not let me login.
