## What is ODEX?

ODEX puts an AI sales team in your pocket. AI agents answer your customers on your connected channels around the clock — and you and your team step in whenever a human touch is needed: approve what the AI wants to do, move deals forward and keep every follow-up on track.

ODEX is the mobile app for your ODEX workspace. Your workspace owner or manager sets up your account — just sign in and get to work.

INBOX — EVERY CONVERSATION IN ONE PLACE
• See every customer conversation and who is handling it: the AI or a teammate
• Take over any conversation with one tap and reply yourself
• Hand it back to the AI when you're done, or close it
• Search and filter conversations in seconds

APPROVALS — YOU STAY IN CONTROL
• Review the actions your AI agents want to take before they happen
• Approve or reject with a reason, and follow the result of each action

OPPORTUNITIES — YOUR PIPELINE ON THE GO
• Follow every opportunity through your pipeline stages
• Create new opportunities and update their stage in one tap
• Add notes so the whole team has the full context

TASKS, CONTACTS AND ORDERS
• Create tasks, assign them and mark them done
• Contacts are created automatically when customers reach out — see their conversations, opportunities, tasks and notes in one profile
• Check customer orders and their details

WORK WITH YOUR AI TEAM
• Chat with your AI employees and ask about your leads, sales and performance
• Get answers as clear tables and charts
• Start a voice call with an AI employee and talk hands-free

TEAM MANAGEMENT
• See the team queue and assign conversations to the right person
• Track each member's workload
• Add members and manage their roles — everyone sees only what their role allows

BUILT FOR THE WAY YOU WORK
• Several workspaces with quick switching
• Instant notifications for new conversations, approvals and assignments
• Full Arabic and English support
