Opened it and found it to be in Dutch. Chatted with someone on T-Mobile site who told me to change the language to English. As if that is an option. Later I get a message that I downloaded the Dutch version and I should delete it and get the English version. There is none. Don’t call us stupid for downloading the wrong thing when we are told to do it, and don’t have CSRs tell us to change the language when it cannot be changed, or then tell us to get the English version when there isn’t one! We get that it’s in Dutch. Change the description to say it is in Dutch only. ### 1/5 — It’s foreign *2018-08-04, version 5.2.6* I downloaded it bulgur it’s in another language. I’ve been with T-Mobile for approx 3 weeks and it’s been one disappointment after another!! ### 1/5 — Language. *2018-07-03* Ever since I downloaded and opened up the app it’s been in a foreign language. It never even asked me to select a language. And I have no idea how to change it. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app several times. I’m a new T-Mobile customer, and this is far from impressive. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Overcharging *2026-05-12, version 9.6.0* Odido seems to have overcharged me over the course of my contract with them. At the end of the contract, they continued to try to charge me. This was after I spoke with them on the phone that no further action was required from me after the contract ended. They informed me that I owed them money via an no-reply email, so I couldn’t even reply back to dispute it. If you’re with Odido, I’d advise you to check your bills are all correct. ### 1/5 — “Moeilijk zonder redenen *2026-04-02, version 9.4.0* “Moeilijk zonder reden. De app zou veel eenvoudiger, duidelijker en nuttiger kunnen zijn.” ### 1/5 — What an absolute junk *2026-03-26, version 9.3.3* You have to use the app to request an eSIM. The email has a broken link and a broken QR code. No wonder Odido had a data leak, their developer have no idea what they are doing… ### 1/5 — Why so bad *2024-05-14, version 8.3.3* The worst app ever ! Go back to team mobile pls ### 1/5 — Poor *2023-10-27, version 8.1* Too many error massages. Cannot connect to my subscription. Cannot connect to customer service. Not fit for purpose. Rather consistent with customer experience of using roaming ….. slow to set up, intermittent failures, sms links don’t work. I wish my employer had not switched provider. Why does App Store review suggest that reviews are all years old? ### 1/5 — Traag *2023-10-20, version 8.1* En vaak niet beschikbaar ### 1/5 — Wrong Language *2022-11-05* Apparently this T-Mobile app doesn’t check if the language option for this app is English or Dutch. I verified that the language option (язык in Russian) for this app T-Mobile is ENGLISH, not Dutch according to Apple SETTINGS app. Only good for Dutch-speaking people even though the iPhone or iPad is in some other language like Russian. **Developer response:** Hi! It is indeed true that the app is only available in English and in Dutch. We might add more language options in the future, but at the moment this is not yet an option. Our USA app for T-Mobile looks likes its from the 90s of Internet. This one looks more intuitive and responsive to your touch.
