Sourcing from local stores is good, but some kind of product quality check has to be made. App is also not really user friendly. No response when contacted through WhatsApp support. Still they manage to create new problems for every order. What this app really impressed me was providing actual price of the fishes from restaurants and offering very low delivery charges. However there has been incidents which are not acceptable and hence i am STOPPING ALL SERVICES AND DELETING THIS APP. Order KNR211027001 : No confirmation on the order after long wait. Tried calling customer care. No response. When I went to the restaurant and placed new order, manager informed he did not get any call from Odikko. After I got all my items.l, then only Odikko Delivery agent came. Order KNR210702025 : Ordered from 2 restaurants, however the delivery agent failed to collect order from 1 restaurant. Delivery after 2 hours wait!!! Order KNR210830041 : Another order delivered with extreme delay. I personally know the restaurant and they confirmed its the delay from Odikko team and they simply complain the restaurant. For my last 2 orders mentioned, I had already escalated and spoke to them. I am keeping the screenshot of this since you have the option to delete my comment.
