## What is Odovzdaj?

Odovzdaj creates a clear property handover report directly on iPhone or iPad. Inspect room by room, record conditions, issues and contents with indicative values, attach photos, enter meter readings and handed-over keys, then collect both signatures. The result is a professional PDF with an informative damage estimate, ready to share.

Your first report is free. Odovzdaj Pro adds unlimited reports, a property library, reusable templates, reminders, comparisons, custom branding, evidence photos and on-device OCR. The annual plan also includes private cloud backup, sanitized draft sync and secure remote approval. Team adds a shared workspace, roles and activity audit for five members.

The core app works without an account and stores data locally. Cloud is used only after Sign in with Apple and an explicit backup action.
