The app is overloaded with ads for other apps etc, which makes using it extremely time-consuming, frustrating and cumbersome.

My guess is it uploads a file to an online converter and then waits for that to happen. Well, I waited a very long time and this just doesn't fit my workflow so deleted the app. I tried at 11:25 CST and just never converted.

At the time you tried the app, we were experiencing backend performance issues that caused unusually long waiting times. These issues have since been resolved, and conversions are now processed normally.
The app includes no ads and offers a 3-day free trial, so users can test it freely and cancel anytime if it doesn’t fit their workflow, or choose to purchase the app outright.

Worst application ever. Doesn’t work at alla
