WhatsApp support group also attached to the app as well as guided meditations. No matter what you do, or what they suggest, the loading time for this app is VERY slow. I’ve had to wait 15 minutes to get it to load. That’s ridiculous! This is by far the best insight into my inner workings. It stays at my pace and level. I will have to recommend to family and friends as well.
