We downloaded this app when we got our first DK Oceans VR kit. We have since unlocked the rest of the experiences and love every moment of it.

It won’t let me connect to buy a dinosaur pack.   The app says I’m offline, but I’m using my cell phone that is not only getting cell service but also connected to our WiFi.  Tried troubleshooting me shooting multiple ways but it’s clearly an app issue.

Don’t waste your money. App password won’t allow paste or password managers. Went to reset it to something easy to remember (not secure) and the reset links wouldn’t send. After 3 times trying to get a link sent I got locked out. No one’s going to be bothering with that. Clearly the bare minimum was put into development.

Finally made an account on the website, went to login and got an error that my email wasn’t registered. What a joke.

Plain and simple, do not buy any of these books. There is absolutely no information on what app to download and there was no activation number.  We purchased the ESPN book.
