It's just a very limited poorly deployed system for the credit union, but not so much for the banks where it works much better. update #2: overall the app is working pretty well now. sometimes things are not laid out in logical progression, but you do get used to how to find things quickly and easily once learned. there are still occasional bugs, like a screen background not sizing correctly when opened on iPad compared to iPhone, but that's really not much of a problem, it's just visually out of place when half the background runs off the screen. update #1: updated to the new version and yes they screwed the pooch! The app is very buggy and the interface gets stuck or doesn't function correctly. as I said fix one thing break another..... The beginning : so far it's been nothing but good for me. login is extremely easy, I use it to check balances, deposit checks, and make Quick bill payments (although today before updating the app the bill payment is crashing) I'm on an iPhone SE, and not updated to iOS 13 (12.4.1 still) this app doesn't get many refreshes, but come on it's a union credit union app. it's not like their IT department is on top of things like a corporate bank. iPhone updates break things, and so do app updates. fix one thing breaks another, so just call online customer service and let them know what's going on so they can quit playing video games and fix the problems. ### 2/5 — App *2026-04-02, version 4.0.250800* Very complicated to use and navigate you need a better website.lol ### 5/5 — Excellent app *2026-03-19, version 4.0.250800* Excellent banking at your fingertips easy to use ### 5/5 — Super easy… *2026-03-08, version 4.0.250800* One of the easiest mobile banking’s that I get to deal with.
