The Password character number is not matched with the website. I couldn't write my password in the app. It only sports 9 characters.

The password box only lets you use 10 characters. My password is more than 10 characters and every time I type it on it says invalid password when it’s correct

The app makes paying our  bill, checking our energy usage or reporting outages so easy.  We like the added notification controls that allow us to monitor our energy usage.
