## What is Oegugin?

An offline Korean dictionary for the language you actually encounter.

Oegugin combines substantial offline lookup with a transparent sentence grammar analyzer, private reading projects, source-linked conversation examples, and contextual review. It is designed for the moment a message, subtitle, article, class note, or conversation contains Korean you do not quite understand.

SEARCH REAL FORMS

Search Korean headwords, English meanings, prefixes, expressions, and attested inflected forms. The bundled dictionary contains more than 56,000 lexical records, 76,000 senses, 35,000 forms, and 148,000 selected examples.

EXPLAIN COMPLETE SENTENCES

Sentence Lens shows the surface form, likely lemma, English meaning, particle or ending explanation, alternatives, and confidence. Uncertain analysis stays visible instead of being presented as fact.

READ PRIVATELY

Create separate reading projects for messages, articles, subtitles, classes, work, or daily life. Imported text and learning history stay on your device. Send a sentence to Lens or tap a word for lookup.

LISTEN IN CONTEXT

Explore 1,866 source-linked Korean dialogue and conversation examples. Play each turn with a Korean device voice, inspect it in Sentence Lens, and save the vocabulary that matters.

REMEMBER WHAT YOU KEEP

Save words with the sentence where you found them. A local spaced-review queue brings them back with Again, Hard, Good, and Easy scheduling.
