## What is OenoSolutions?

True partner of winemakers and assistant winemakers, Oenosolutions is an innovative app developed in order to make day-to-day technicians’ life easier in their decision-making.  The app is composed of winemaking calculators such as acidity management, sugar addition, management of winemaking inputs… Its will help winemakers implementing appropriate solutions, according to the wine characteristics and the desired goal. 
Besides winemaking calculators and conversion tables, 5 decision-making tools help the technician with his tasks and control them:
•	Active SO2
•	Yeast nutrition
•	Malolactic fermentation management
•	Alcoholic fermentation re-start
•	Choice of winemaking wood products

Friendly and easy to use, this app is equipped with a virtual assistant making its use nice and fluent.

- Integration of our latest oenological solutions available on the market (oenological yeasts, bacteria, nutrients, wine stabilization products, oak for oenology...). Get precise and personalized recommendations to help you master the different stages of your winemaking process.
- Transformation of the decisions making tool SO2 into an Active SO2 calculator, more efficient and user-friendly. Get accurate results and easily adjust SO2 levels in your wines to ensure stability and optimal protection.
- A complete upgrade of our decision-support tool to help you choose the most suitable oenological wood for your wine profile or oenological goals. Benefit from recommendations based on  specific criteria and find the wood that will best match your wine.
- Integration of a new calculator for second fermentation to help you manage this stage of your sparkling wines, whether using the traditional method or closed tanks.
