## What is OFans?

Every sip and bite holds details you can learn. Short exercises help you recognize aroma, texture, intensity, and finish in tea, coffee, and food. Tasting cards turn impressions into observations you can revisit, with word prompts you can use or skip. When comparing two versions, note your guess before tasting, change one condition, then see how each rating shifts. A personal profile summarizes what you value and how it links to your preferences, without universal recommendations. History and replay help clarify your taste vocabulary over time.
