I cannot get the app to send the verification code to my phone even though my phone number is on file.

**Developer response:** Hi there,  

I'm sorry you were having trouble with your verification code.  While we do have your number on file, we cannot send SMS messages to users who have previously "opted out" of notifications by replying "STOP" until they've opted back in by texting "START" or "UNSTOP" to our toll-free number.  We're adding in an email verification process as well to avoid anyone getting stuck there in the future. 

Let us know if you have any other trouble.

The app takes a long time to send the SMS verification code — it shouldn’t take more than a minute
