The app has a rewards program but you have to go in and manually enter the order number within an hour of your purchase at the store or they expire lol. The store employee was really cool and patient if not for him the whole experience would’ve been somewhat underwhelming. When you try you get an error pop up saying “failed to search products. please try again later”. Want to edit your profile? You get an error pop up saying “failed to load profile”. This app is genuinely unusable?? And I don’t mean that in an over exaggerated, overly critical way. My prior Experience with OTC They DO NOT have the products in store that’s in the app! And no courtesy to call the customer and advise you that your order can’t be filled! Last time I drove all the way there and they were out of my whole order. You enter your info then it's just a blank app. If you tap products or anything else, nothing works at all. ### 1/5 — Buggy *2026-07-13* As someone who works in IT, I ran into several issues trying to place a delivery order: * The app does not allow manual address searches. It displays: “Location search is not enabled for this build yet.” * Using “Current Location” resolves to the wrong address (696 Hawthorne St instead of my actual location at 675 Hawthorne St), with no obvious way to correct it. * The website checkout fails because the embedded Google Map doesn’t load correctly and displays a Google Maps JavaScript error instead of validating the address. * The app and website appear to have different bugs, making it difficult to complete an order. The product selection is excellent, but the ordering experience needs attention. Address validation should allow manual correction, GPS results should be editable, and the Google Maps integration should fail gracefully instead of blocking checkout. ### 1/5 — Fix *2026-06-03, version 2.0.2* Fix the damn app and website ### 1/5 — Fix your app! *2026-05-23, version 1.8.0* This app is terrible!! Deinstalled and installed again and didn’t work. ### 1/5 — Don’t bother downloading the app for your first customer 25% off *2026-05-20* I downloaded the app because it said I needed to for the first customer discount of 25% off and I should have listened to the reviews and stars on here. Don’t bother because the deal magically will show on the webpage but when you download the app it will say you need to first turn on notifications to get the deal, then you needed to start location services to get the deal. It just doesn’t exist. I think it’s a sly way to get people to sign up which they will probably sell your phone and email to a customer list somewhere. Lost my business because so many other dispensaries will make discounts easy and welcoming ### 1/5 — No Deals *2026-05-05, version 1.8.0* Their’s no exclusive deals for downloading the app. It’s basically their website saved onto your phone ### 1/5 — Useless app *2026-05-02* App doesn’t work at all.
