You cannot cancel through the App Store, it doesn’t even show up as a subscription. It also does not show the subscription in the app when you try to cancel it there. I had to delete the app, reinstall it, and then click restore when it got to the trial/subscription section. It still said I had no subscription but gave the option to check the website. After going to the website it finally showed I had a subscription. I had been charged $7.99 and would have continued to be charged $7.99 every week if I would not have found out how to cancel. This should not be allowed in the App Store. Having to pay money to see all the freaks around you. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE “FREE” TRIAL *2026-09-02* I would strongly advise people to STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP. I signed up for the 3-day free trial and tried to cancel before it ended. There was no functional way to cancel through the app. The subscription wasn’t in my Apple subscriptions, and their website’s cancellation system said it sent me an email that NEVER ARRIVED. I tried multiple email addresses. I contacted the company directly and followed every instruction they gave me. I sent them the requested email addresses and a screenshot of the charge. They then stopped responding. The $7.99 charge went through anyway. I had to dispute the charge with my bank, get a stop payment placed on future charges, and replace my debit card because I could not get this company to simply CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION. Their own Terms of Service say you can cancel by emailing them. I did that before the trial ended. This is absolutely ridiculous. A company should not make it this difficult to cancel a $7.99 subscription. I shouldn’t have to involve my bank and replace my debit card because a company won’t provide a working cancellation process or respond to its customers. If you’re thinking about taking the “3-day free trial,” DON’T. The trial isn’t worth the headache of trying to get out of it. Delete and redownload app 2. Once redownloaded, go through all the beginning questions again. When you get to the page about starting a subscription there will be a small "Restore" option at the bottom of the page. Click that. 3. Sign in to you Apple account. 4. A pop up will say "no subscription found, would you like to check the web?" Click yes. 5. Enter email on your Apple account 6. You will get a "manage subscription" link to your email. 7. Follow this and click cancel subscription.
