Everything's a single list now, ordered by what needs you first: Friends, then Requests, then Nearby. Sections you don't have simply don't show up — no more empty screens. See everyone's offGrd PIN Every person in the People list now shows their 6-character PIN right next to their name, so you can match it to a PIN someone reads out to you. Cleaner chats Removed the odd circle around the back button. Tap a chat's title to see more about that person — a hint now tells you so. The message box is properly rounded again, and stays that way when your message runs to several lines. Correct version number The version shown in Settings is now read from the actual build, so it can't drift out of date. ### 1.2.4 — 2026-07-29 Messaging fixes — the important one first • Fixed a bug that left the send button greyed out with some contacts, even when they were standing right next to you. If you couldn't reply to someone, this release fixes it. • Messages now retry within seconds instead of waiting. Sending feels immediate again, especially in a crowd. • Adding someone works the first time. Requests and accepts no longer get stuck on "waiting to accept" — even if one of you closes the app halfway through. • Group messages now reach everyone in the group, including people you haven't met directly yet. Remove Contact "Remove Chat" is now "Remove Contact", and it does what it says. Removing someone disconnects you both — neither of you can message until a new request is sent and accepted.
