Through this tool you can collect and create an overview of the activity you have at work during the day and transfer this activity into a physical map. Create challenges for yourself, along with colleagues or perhaps against each other within the categories walking, standing, cycling and step. You will be able to activate notifications that remind you of activity in a busy day so that you achieve a preventive effect or rehabilitative effect. Despite the app description saying that the language is English, everything appears to be in some kind of Finnish language. There’s no option to sign-up for the app once downloaded, only sign-in. If you go to app support or “forgot password,” nothing is in English so good luck navigating anything to figure out where you need to be. I’d been looking forward to trying this out, but with the language barrier and complete lack of instructions (seriously, why is there *only* a login option when you haven’t even signed up yet?), I won’t be able to.
