Warum geht die automatische Synchronisation bei exchange online nicht mehr. Muss jedes mal händisch anstoßen. Somit auch keine Benachrichtigung über neue Mail. Eine Neuinstallation brächte keinen Erfolg.

L’application est top je l’utilise depuis plusieurs mois sans soucis. Mais ce matin impossible d’ouvrir l’application. Je l’ai désinstallé puis réinstallé. Toujours impossible de l’utiliser

I’d like to rate this higher however the notifications don’t work at all. My Nine account works better and I have a lifetime subscription. Why should I change for something that doesn’t work as well?

I really wanted to like Re:work as it's one of the few client's that still supports EAS, but I just had too many issues. The deal breaker was that basically all the formatting of emails was broken, so highly formatted emails just came in as walls of text.

Update: For some reason, the Public Folder’s calendar is shifted by one day. Everything shows up one day earlier than it should.  Oddly, the Android version of Re:Work has it it all correct, with all of the Appointments showing on the correct day.

Original review: I love this email app. It is the only app that I’ve been able to find that lets me add my employer’s Public Folder’s calendar. I would pay just for that feature, but this app includes everything I need from any email client. The only thing that bugs me is that I can’t delete an email while the app is syncing. It can sometimes take a while to sync at first, and I’m already trying to delete stuff! It isn’t so bad now that I’ve figured out what it’s doing. There isn’t an error or anything, it just doesn’t respond to my delete request. Other than that, I think this app is just about perfect.

Ich nutze die App seit längerem u war sehr happy mit ihr. 
Seit zwei Tagen schließt sie sich nun aber einfach jedesmal wenige Sekunden nach dem Öffnen komplett oder friert ein, so dass ich sie schließen muss. Ich sehe jedesmal noch kurz die neuen Mails, habe aber keine Chance, sie anzuklicken. 
Gern 5 Sterne, wenn das schnell gefixt wird …

The push feature and notifications simply do not work. The only way to see your new email is by actually opening up the app and waiting for it to refresh. This is the simplest of things to program yet they want to charge $20 a year and not provide this basic feature. They claim it’s an issue with IOS but literally every other app finds a way while they can’t.

I used to love Nine but it’s no longer supported so this is now my option. 

The app still has all the features I loved about Nine (customisable sync settings and folders) however, the fact it’s now a £20 fee annually and not one off is not worth it. Because the main issue is how buggy and laggy it is when using. 
It’s super slow to navigate through your folders and the refresh rate looks to be 2fps. 

Such a shame because it has so much potential if these minor issues were resolved. 

Ive left feedback numerous occasions and the developers have never responded. 

Wont be renewing and time to try find another app that suits

I really love this app and it’s the best option on iPhone, but I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to go through the trouble of reinstalling this app from scratch only because I downloaded an attachment like a PDF. Suddenly the app will crash, and won’t recover unless you completely uninstall the app and all its data. Off loading the app doesn’t help, everything must be deleted and installed from scratch. A real pain when you have to set up all your settings again; which folders to sync, signatures for different accounts, colors for categories, etc, ... it takes a good hour.  Really frustrating when you’re headed out the door for a business trip and now you’re stuck with a crashed app. Another wait until the weekend when there’s time to putts around with a full reinstall. It would be nice if settings could at least be recoverable, then a total reinstall wouldn’t be so inconvenient.

An sich eine gute App, was Nine vorher auch war. Das die Entwickler Geld verdienen müssen ist vollkommen logisch, daher ist auch das Abo Modell okay. Unter Nine hatte ich allerdings zuverlässige Benachrichtigung bei neuen Mail und Kalendereinträgen. Bekomme diese mit OfficeMail Pro aber nichts ans laufen. Sowohl mit dem für OfficeMail erreichbaren IMAP Konto, als auch dem per VPN eingeschränkten Exchange Konto, bekomme ich keine Benachrichtigung. Das klappte bei Nine besser. Wirklich Schade wie solche Fehler im Nachfolger passieren können und man die als stabile Version ausliefert.

Update: laut dem Support soll das Feature wohl nicht zeitnahe kommen, obwohl es bei Nine ja funktionierte.
Traurig wie so eine gute App wie Nine, nun eingestellt wurde um eine Standard Mail App im Abo zu vertreiben.
Abo gelöscht - Schade um das Jahr, was man nun umsonst bezahlt.

Nachdem die bisherige Nine Mail auf meinem neuen iPad zunächst lief und dann Ablauf der Testphase und einem Versuch zur kostenpflichtigen Verlängerung nicht mehr wollte habe ich, auf Anraten des Kundendienstes, den Nachfolger OfficeMail Pro installiert. Damit laufen nunmehr alle E-Mail Clients, insbesondere auch Exchange Mails, einwandfrei. Die jährlichen Kosten von ca. 20 Euro sind akzeptabel; insofern Kaufempfehlung meinerseits.

This is a first-rate email application that does what it says and let’s you manage multiple Exchange and other accounts including both email and calendars. I have 2 exchange accounts and 3 gmail. 

If you used their old app, this is multiple notches better. And only $19.99/year. 

If you have a question, email support and they always get back to you quickly. 

I have used many email programs; this beats them all. Too bad there is not a desktop version!

The main reason to purchase a full license is the notification function for sub folders. The All Mail folder allows you to check all your most recent emails after being screened into sub folders and marked as read. Such important functions for an email client have been ridiculously ignored by MS, Gmail, Apple and most other apps.
