Also customer service now seems non existent. Was offered a 250.00 dollar a mo t tester version. Kicker is I never got the application link. Asked several times via email zero response. To date I have lost 1800.00 dollars in billable time. My clients pay based on the reported hours. No report equals no payment for services rendered. Hopefully this application will work as designed someday but currently it’s not worth it. ### 1/5 — No *2025-02-20* Your app is bad and you should feel bad. Officer reports wasn’t the greatest but at least it functioned and your “lone worker safety check” isn’t sending me notifications so I keep coming up is not responding and it’s literally not giving me an option to correct that. ### 1/5 — Horribly horrible *2025-02-12* Company went from using officer reports to this and it had been the most upsetting piece of app. This app is forever force closing on me in the middle of a report or taking pics. N then it runs so much slower than officer reports. If I could rate this as ok what I wanted to. It wouldn’t even rate a zero. It would rate in the negatives. ### 1/5 — Has a mind of its own *2025-02-10* This app is horrible it works when it wants to. It does not allow me to submit my Daily Activity Reports at the end of my shift. It keeps closing and says “App not responding” this App makes Employees and Employers look bad because it not be able to submit reports makes it look like you are not being proactive and productive on the job. ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2025-02-08, version 1.0.41* Always crashes ### 1/5 — Poor state currently *2025-01-25* It doesn’t allow me to submit my full report, I’ll get halfway through typing and it erases half of what’s there, then when you’re done and get ready to submit the report only two sentences of the report actually exist! ### 1/5 — STAY AWAY *2024-12-16* I had the opportunity to meet with the owner Courtney and his manager Andy, and they said transition would be good from officer Reports to officerapps and it’s been nothing but bad!!! I can’t even upload videos and pictures taken from my phone. I must take videos and pictures with the app while making the report. The old app made it possible to upload videos and pictures taken ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2026-01-05* I'm forced to use this at my job and the only thing it reliably does is crash and drain my phone's battery. ### 1/5 — Let’s go back to officer reports *2025-12-05, version 1.0.59* Scanned the same point 3 times with 3 different errors Attempt 1- failed Attempt 2- not at location Attempt 3- code invalid, server 500 session timeout Then all 3 popups saying scan successfully saved after 1 minute. And yesterday’s report just submitted. Boss is angry and doesn’t think I’m doing my job, customers mad cause he’s not getting my reports… now I’m contemplating if $16/h is worth this trouble ### 1/5 — Wasted “upgrade” of OfficersReports *2025-09-19* This app is complete garbage. It fails virtually every time it’s needed. Officers Reports, despite its flaws was a far superior product. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. ### 1/5 — Has to much bugs in the apps it keep crashing *2025-08-15* Has to much bugs in the apps it keep crashing ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2025-07-15* Tech development led by a CEO who hasn’t a tech background. App fails, server (yes the cloud is a collection of servers) lags, fails login, refreshes endlessly, and fails to a white screen. Don’t expect tech support - OfficeApps has none. Officerapps uses a third party to provide the tech so they are unable to personally resolve any issue themselves. Officerapps is a very small Louisiana company that’s trying to expand but sadly hasn’t done enough R&D, along with testing, to offer a reliable scalable product. Here’s hoping Mr. Sparkman’s next company (will be his 5th attempt) will be more successful. OfficerApp corp filing in Delaware isn’t even done correctly as corporate address can’t be the registered agent and a place you don’t conduct business at. ### 1/5 — Absolutely Horrible *2025-07-10* I cant log anything. I cant report anything. As of now I can’t even log in. Do you realize how God awful that makes an employee look?! ### 1/5 — Slow and laggy *2025-06-05* Before the last update app ran perfectly no issues super fast response after the update it’s turned into the opposite app lags and freezes constantly to the point I have to restart the app every time have to do anything. ### 1/5 — Sorry Sorry *2025-05-26* Can not login after latest update.
