I can’t even log out anymore. ### 1/5 — Barely Functioning App *2024-10-05* This app will delete everything you type as soon as you tab out. Insanely awful app that makes my job go from boring to torture. This has been happening more frequently as of recently. Every time it gets an update, it causes more crashes, particularly with iPhones. by far the worst offense this app has, is its lack of reliability. One minute it’ll be up and running fine, the next it’ll be flip-flopping online and off-line. The system has a habit of eating reports. it seems like every time I have to write an incident or activity report, I have to wait a full minute just for the app to finish getting ready. Then when I hit submit, it tries to submit the report, only it never does. It’ll keep trying to submit for 10+ minutes, locking me out of any other feature. Then, when I reset the app, the entire report is lost. With each successive update over the passage of months, these features just get worse and worse. No quality of life improvement. Used to be, I could submit a report in about 2 to 3 minutes. Now, it takes me at least 15 minutes. Every. It will not display any of the drop down menus, It doesn’t save my reports when I open other apps, and it has slow clunky menus. This was all reported in my last review and in an email over a year ago. I installed it last week after hearing about it. All systems work & are easily navigable. The only problem one may encounter is forgetting one’s password. An obvious link solves that! This app has been glitching for several weeks now and the issues are the same. ### 2/5 — Can’t log out *2024-09-02, version 2.5.12* I deleted and downloaded the app multiple times but I still cannot log out. Works on my iPhone 11. But I think it has a bug issue on iPhone 15. ### 2/5 — Good for managers, bad for guards. *2023-10-01* The team I work with consistently reports that the system is down for one reason or another. I routinely get complaints that the system is off-line or that they don’t understand how to use it. I judge this as a poor reflection on the user interface, and the lack of streamlining in the report process. by far, the biggest complaint I have received is the lack of an upload function for photos and videos. This complaint cuts in both directions, with clients complaining that they cannot verify our work due to a lack of photos. On the surface, this app may seem useful as a marketing tool, but it needs a significant redesign to be an efficient reporting system for guards.
