I have it on allow and it keeps popping up that I need to go to settings and set it to allow. Every 30 seconds to a minute. ### 2/5 — Shoddily made and drains battery *2024-02-28, version 4.0.8* App constantly signs me out during my shift. Fails to load, deletes incident reports and QR codes. Can’t recognize where im located at certain sites. Just deleted my entire Daily report after randomly signing me out in the middle of a shift. Atrocious app. ### 2/5 — Needs a lot of improvement *2023-12-05, version 4.0.8* This app is being used as a tool for private security companies who utilize the reporting and policy documents for criminal justice when crime incidents occur. The app doesn’t allow a change in location without the user logging all the way out of the app. It doesn’t take into account GPS when changing locations. The app locks up and doesn’t allow users to sign back in. The app and any data, reports and photos are lost when a user is locked up in the app..this information is essential for any legal and criminal investigations of incidents on private property. The app has potential because of the features it offers. Don’t even try to use it with an IPhone unless you want your blood pressure to skyrocket.The developers of this app should not develop anything else in their entire life! Apple please remove this app from your store and do us all a favor PLEASE!!! ### 1/5 — The worst app ever made *2019-05-09, version 3.7.1* This creators of the app, need to go back to the drawing board. I have noticed nothing but problems with the app. First you can tour points and then the final minutes of the shift, the app shuts down with only what is typed in the daily activity report, the scans are lost. Now the app is completely offline, where making regular daily activity, incident reports, and clocking in and out for pay is impossible. My advise to anyone in security, do not depend on this app. ### 1/5 — Worst security app ever *2019-05-02, version 3.7.1* It takes a long time to submit a report (20-30 minutes) every time the same error pop about about pictures weren’t able to upload. What a waste of time for my guards. A 5 minutes report turn into an hour of wait. And when you contact their support the answer is always we’re working on it. Technology has advanced greatly in phones in the past 2 years. Don’t you think your software should advance too? ### 1/5 — Needs Updating *2019-01-25, version 3.7.1* Is slow to load pics and submitting reports, works half the time. No updates in 2 years but iOS has updated several times. I try to load the pics as soon as i take them and half the time when i submit my report it takes several tries, sometimes several hours to finally get the report to upload. I feel it goes through my personal phone and personal information ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App demands 24/7 location tracking *2026-01-27, version 4.0.8* Recording location for this app is essential while working. However it should not be recording your location when off work. And yet it will constantly badger you to a point you yield for it to have tracking access when not using the app! This is a very invasive app with no need for this service other than for a company to collect my personal off work data. I’m unable to do anything about it since it’s my employers choice not mine. ### 1/5 — Needs improvement *2025-02-05, version 4.0.8* Keeps logging me out out of nowhere and I don’t even close the app out and then I have to go to a certain area at my location which is far to get back into “select work site”. ### 1/5 — One star because ZERO is not an option *2024-07-06, version 4.0.8* App “glitches” continually (like at least once every night) and I have to sign in again all the time. Way too intrusive and violates privacy. App insists on “ALWAYS” using tracking instead of “ONLY WHEN USING APP” by aggravating users into compliance with stupid pop-up messages that appear continually until you finally just submit to “big brother”. (I’d LOVE the chance to discuss this violation of my privacy and my pure annoyance with the app creator @ 2am in the dark some night.) QR reader takes longer and longer to read stickers as the night wears on. There are better and more reliable apps that I have used with other companies. ### 1/5 — Spyware *2024-02-18* The app demands to always track your location. The notice that pops up in the app when you don’t allow “always” (I used “only when using the app”) clearly states that it will NOT track you while the app is closed. This is a lie. iOS alerted me to the fact that the app continued to spy on me. The “error” message stating it needs to always track you is a lie. The app works when you allow location while using but it will keep giving you the error message to annoy you. If you value your privacy, do not download this app. ### 1/5 — Force closes way too much *2023-04-09, version 3.9.6* Can you fix that or not?? ### 1/5 — Needs a update bad *2021-06-17, version 3.8.8* Keeps saying it’s disconnected when it’s connected. Lages out and crashes. Many other issues ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2020-12-24, version 3.8.7* I am so glad my company dropped this app!!! 1. You have to wander around a site waiting for it to recognize where you are. 2. Unless you turn off cellular data and WiFi, when you scan, you constantly get ‘you do not appear to be in this location’ so you scan, save to phone, and turn data back on and sync. 3. You get kicked out of the app sometimes 5 times during a 12 hour shift! Each time means more time wasted trying for it to recognize where you are!!! A trashy app!!! ### 1/5 — Crashes *2020-11-09, version 3.8.7* App crashes constantly. Tonight it crashed and did not save any of my previous observations for the shift. The submission of these reports at the end if the shift IS HOW I GET PAID. So I don’t get paid for the past 7 hours of my shift because this app is absolute trash. ### 1/5 — Tour tracker problems *2020-06-02, version 3.8.5* NO RESPONSE TO PROBLEMS FROM SUPPORT LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR SOFTWARE App crashes loosing tour points scanned results and forced doing patrols over Tour tracker randomly overlays over all other menu items making it impossible to check in or out visitors, write DAR, or complete incident reports The tour tracker and submit information no longer sends scanned points records to main office they claim that patrols are not being done ### 1/5 — The worst app I’ve ever seen *2019-11-08, version 3.7.1* As someone who studied app design and development, this is the worst product to ever be used by professional employees. Is it a bit sluggish at times, yes. Are there some areas on the app that could possibly need improvement or just work better with my style, yes. However, we’ve been using it for years and our officers like it, our clients like it and I’m sure every app out there is going to have some issues. I don’t know what the companies researched success rate is of the app but I would say that it works 99.9% of the times for us and every time I get a call from another company asking me to switch, I turn it down because I’m happy with the OR app & it would be too much of a learning curve to switch. Obviously, if I saw issues using the app I would switch to another company but I have no issues to report and the customer service is extremely timely. You send them an email with an issue, they respond back the same day and work on the issue. Plus I get a phone call once a month from the company asking me if there’s anything I need. Don’t believe these one star reviews. What it comes down to is you just need to be organized and you need to dedicate some time to setting up your sites accordingly and having policies that your officers follow.
