Don’t frustrate yourself with all the problems listed in the other reviews. Nobody checks these reviews for feedback; nobody is interesting in fixing this app. It’s like a microcosm of the technology world in general - everything just degrades and gets worse, and it will continue to go that way, because there’s no motivation to fix it. In this app your callers will either not be able to hear you or you won’t be able to hear them. Your instant messages are all over the place; sometimes they load, sometimes they don’t. We could rehash all the same issues from the other reviews, but you probably already have an idea. Just use something else. ### 1/5 — Worst App *2025-11-06* Extremely unreliable. It works for 1-2 calls then stops working. I have to constantly log on and off, restart my phone just for it to not work. Ridiculous and no one seems to work on the issues. It turns out to be anything but. Either the caller can’t hear me, I can’t hear them or calls go straight to a recording of elevator music. The problem has persisted for months and the developers can’t fix it. An occasionally successful workaround is to delete the app, power off/on phone and then reinstall app. What a joke. Just use something else. ### 1/5 — Hard Pass *2026-04-23* The only reason I have stuck with this app is because of my employer. The only reliable thing about it is that it’s unreliable. There’s the “you can’t hear the other person” bug that has the perfect timing of coming right when I need to call someone. Then there’s the “going to just have the spinny wheel like it’s stuck downloading” bug that also is regular. I have to use it for work to make phone calls and it's constantly dropping calls or having one way audio issues where I cannot hear the other person on the line. It's been awful for years now and I am praying for the day that my employer chooses another service to use. This app sucks and I could not recommend it less. When I first got it, I could make phone calls directly from the app now anytime I make phone calls. I can’t hear anything. The other people are saying but they can hear me. It’s been that way for like six months. Like other users have said, there are audio issues when making or receiving calls. Every once in a while an incoming call will have audio for me, and then the next 30 calls don’t. Windstream customer service admits they're having iOS technical issues but although they have increased their rates 25% this year to improve their technology they have not yet corrected this issue. ### 2/5 — Inconsistent *2024-09-17* This app only works maybe 50% of the time at best, I don’t receive a lot of phone calls that I’m meant to, nor do I receive notifications for when someone leaves me a voicemail.
