오피스톡은 cafe24의 그룹웨어 아우토반 서비스를 사용하는 분들에게 제공하는 무료 기업용 모바일 메신저 입니다.

office talk(오피스톡) 이란? 

오피스톡은 온라인 메신저 내에서만 가능했던 사내 커뮤니케이션을 보안하여 스마트폰을 이용해 언제 어디서나 메시지를 주고 받을 수 있는 똑똑한 모바일 메신저입니다. 
오피스톡 하나면 효율적인 업무를 진행할 수 있는 최상의 업무 환경을 구축할 수 있습니다. 

주요기능 

1. 그룹웨어 조직도 

- 조직도 확인이 가능합니다. 

2. 그룹 기능 

- 사용자는 자신의 업무 관련 조직을 필요에 따라 생성할 수 있고, 생성된 그룹을 이용해 편리하고 
신속하게 커뮤니케이션 할 수 있습니다. 

- 온라인 메신저에서 구성된 그룹을 모바일에서도 사용할 수 있으며, 모바일에서 또한 그룹 구성이 
가능하므로 온라인 메신저와 동일한 그룹 관리가 가능합니다. 

3. 대화 

- 양방향 커뮤니케이션이 가능하며, 장소 구분 없이 실시간 업무 조율 등에 효과적인 대화 기능을 지원합니다. 
- 온라인 메신저에서 자리비움 상태에서 수신된 대화 요청은 모바일 메신저를 통해 대화 내용을 확인할 수도 있습니다. 

4. 쪽지 
- 마치 문자메시지로 커뮤니케이션하듯 온라인 메신저를 사용하는 사용자와 실시간으로 쪽지를 
주고받을 수 있습니다. 

5. 메시지함 
- 온라인 메신저를 통해 저장된 업무 기록(대화, 쪽지)는 스마트폰을 통해 확인할 있으므로 업무의 효율성을 증대할 수 있습니다. 
온라인으로 주고받은 쪽지/대화 내용은 최소 일주일 단위로 스마트폰과 동기화됩니다. 

6. 명함관리 
- 그룹웨어에서 등록했거나, 관리자가 등록해 놓은 사내, 부서, 개인 주소록을 이용해 전화/SMS/E-mail 발송이 
가능하므로 빠르고 편리한 커뮤니케이션을 제공합니다. 

- 그룹웨어에서 등록하는 명함뿐만 아니라 외부 업무 관계자 또한 오피스톡에서 바로 등록할 수 있으며, 등록된 정보는 
그룹웨어와 연동이 되어 PC에서도 확인이 가능합니다.

로그인 정보 입력하면 서버와 연결이 끊어졌다고 연결이 안됩니다. 랩탑이랑 폼도 다른데 폰으로도 작성과 수정이 가능했으면 좋겠습니다. 받은 메일 확인한 뒤에 알람배지가 뜹니다. 느려요. 좀더 사용감이 좋게 바뀌었으면 하는 부분이 많습니다. 이메일 읽는데 읽히지 않는 포맷도 많고 뒤로가기가 안돼서 앱 종료 후 새로 로그인 해야합니다...
