Why? Phone is excellent - new look and feel is cool and functionality is slick. Video player needs work. *2021-07-17* UI is much nicer than before, but the video player lets it down. Considering the live matches are a paid for add on I was expecting a lot more functionality. I’ve restarted my phone several times times and uninstalled, reinstalled the app several times. The app is terrible, slow, crashes, logs you out constantly. On the rare occasions I managed to select seats and have some hope it crashes at the basket and lets me down. No new arricles since end of june and the photos have gone just article text is displayed. Tried reinstalling but no different. Apparently needs ios 13 but loads of smart phones dont have this option. You need to fix this so it works woth lower versions of ios.
